About us

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and finishing sector in the Netherlands, Germany and on Mallorca, we know exactly which materials and techniques really work, both technically and aesthetically. We combine the best of both worlds: the sobriety and quality for which Northern Europe is renowned, with the knowledge of Mallorca's specific conditions. Our team consists of professionals who stand for quality in execution, reliability, clear agreements and clear communication.

Even if you are not on the island yourself during the works, you can count on us. We will keep you informed with updates, photos and clear schedules. We work for both locals and international homeowners and are used to coordinating projects remotely. A deal is a deal, and we only deliver when the result is right, technically and in terms of appearance.

Quality

In Mallorca, cracks often occur due to improperly applied techniques, ignorance, limited pre-treatment or materials unsuitable for the climate. Add to that temperature changes and high humidity, and the problem keeps recurring... unless it is properly addressed.

We go beyond just “over painting”. We first analyse the cause of cracks, moisture spots or mould, structurally repair the surface where necessary and choose products that suit your situation (indoor/outdoor, sun, sea, moisture). This way, we create a sustainable solution rather than a temporary cosmetic repair. With breathable, moisture-regulating systems, walls stay clean, dry and healthy for a long time.

Our working method

Inspection

We assess the current state of walls, floors or facades and listen to your needs. If necessary, we take photos and notes so that we can give you well-founded advice.

Advice & quotation

You will receive a clear explanation of the options, including product choice and possible alternatives. The quotation is transparent in price, planning and expected duration of the work.

Preparation

We carefully protect furniture, floors and the surrounding area. Where necessary, we carry out repair and pre-treatments, such as sanding, touch-ups, crack repair and the application of adhesive coatings.

Implementation

We work with modern techniques and high-quality materials. We keep the workplace as tidy as possible and ensure that you experience as little inconvenience as possible.

Delivery & aftercare

Together with you, we run through the result. Only when you are satisfied are we finished. You receive an explanation of maintenance and any points of attention. Aftercare and questions afterwards are included; you can always contact us.

Future maintenance

Good paintwork and microcement will last for years, especially when applied correctly. To keep your home permanently beautiful and protected, we offer appropriate maintenance advice and, if required, periodic checks.
