With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and finishing sector in the Netherlands, Germany and on Mallorca, we know exactly which materials and techniques really work, both technically and aesthetically. We combine the best of both worlds: the sobriety and quality for which Northern Europe is renowned, with the knowledge of Mallorca's specific conditions. Our team consists of professionals who stand for quality in execution, reliability, clear agreements and clear communication.
Even if you are not on the island yourself during the works, you can count on us. We will keep you informed with updates, photos and clear schedules. We work for both locals and international homeowners and are used to coordinating projects remotely. Quality

We go beyond just “over painting”. We first analyse the cause of cracks, moisture spots or mould, structurally repair the surface where necessary and choose products that suit your situation (indoor/outdoor, sun, sea, moisture). This way, we create a sustainable solution rather than a temporary cosmetic repair. With breathable, moisture-regulating systems, walls stay clean, dry and healthy for a long time.
